    The second we moved into our house with a pool, I was reaching out about pool fences since my children's safety is my #1 priority. Once they received my inquiry, Kim reached out right away and was very responsive and very thorough in providing us with all the information upfront, including the different options of fences/gates they have and a preliminary quote based on the size we thought we wanted.

    They have 3 levels of fence- X-Post (strong), Y-Post (stronger), and Premium (strongest), however all of them pass code requirements. They also have a manual opening where you have to latch it open and closed and they also have a self-closing gate that is magnetic and will open with a quick pull-up and close behind you. We decided to go with the Y-Post which has a 3 stitched border and the self-closing gate, and I couldn't be happier with those two choices.
    Before installation, Frank came over to the house to provide an official quote and helped provide his input on where we should put the gate, how far to go out, etc. and it was super helpful since we didn't think of the things he told us. Of the companies I reached out to, they had the most competitive rates and they also include taxes and fees upfront so you know your all-in price. Once we had officially decided on which option to go with, Kim and Frank were able to get us on the schedule quickly for installation.
    When you think of pool safety, you definitely want to make sure you work with a reputable company with reputable products. I am very happy I chose to work with Life Saver Pool Fence of Central Florida.

That being said, we have had our pool fence for approx 6 months now and it has held up wonderfully with lots of use! The pool fence still looks brand new! Do not waste your time and money on someone else to install your pool fence. Call Kim and Frank for a free in home estimate and let them tell you and show you in person why their product is far superior to other pool fences on the market. We paid only a few hundred dollars more to get the premium full core poles and quad upper and lower stitching. It is also a huge bonus to go with Kim and Frank because they are wonderful people who are a pleasure to work with and do expert work in very little time. The whole installation only took a few hours to complete. Would highly recommend.

We closed on our new home the evening of March 13th. Kim and Frank moved mountains to install a pool fence for our family the morning of March 14th. They arrived at 7am, did a fabulous fabulous job, and took the time to teach my husband and myself how to remove it, how to adjust the gate, and basically everything we needed to know. Fast and outstanding communication. Excellent quality work. I absolutely positively could not be happier. Fast forward to yesterday, we had a screen company come out and replace all the screens on our pool cage. They took part of the pool fence out to do their work and put it back. Something somewhere became out of whack because that evening I went into the pool area and the gate wasn’t functioning properly. I sent Kim a text and I’m blown away because the very next day (today), they’re here fixing it for me. I have a 2 year old and a 16 month old. Thank you so very much!

Just had our pool safety fence installed this morning. One of my dogs fell in the pool last week and thank god I was home, or he would have drowned! We needed to get this done before our grandson starts walking too. I highly recommend this company! Family owned business that started when they lost a dog and then a friend that lost a child to drowning. Done in a little over an hour!! It's easy to remove completely, or open a certain section to enter the pool, clean the pool, etc. Kim and her husband installed it and they are super friendly! Kim is the one you will talk to when you contact them as well. She will explain everything and give you a quote, even send you videos of the 2 different options.
 They even give you a safety lanyard where one person is in charge of watching the children for 15-20 minutes, then pass it to the next person so the kids are always being watched. When someone is wearing the lanyard, that says don't go socialize with them during that time. Such a great idea! Keep your kids and pets safe!!

Central Florida Pool Fence was 5 starts all around from the minute I called and inquired about a pool fence. It is a family owned business definitely focused on customer service and quality. They do not use contractors which is nice because they will be there when they say! Pool fence was installed and looks great! When we found our dream home, the first order of business was the pool safety fence that it was lacking. After doing some research and getting referrals I contacted them late at 11pm at night via email, answering the easy questions they posted on their website for an estimate. The very next morning (9am), I was contacted by Kim. She was so enthusiastic about her job, and quickly made me feel comfortable. She was so knowledgable about everything, and even helped me learn some new things I just had no way of knowing about pool fences, and regulations in general. They fit us in right away, bright and early, the day after we closed on our home. They were prompt! And by the time we got there (7:30am on the dot - which was the agreed upon time) they had already unloaded and prepped, and were READY TO WORK. Frank and Kim are husband and wife and work amazingly together. They are sweet, knowledgeable and work fast and efficiently. In less than 1.5 hours our pool fence was installed and looked AMAZING. They gave us a thorough and quick tutorial on how to take care of our new pool fence and by the time it was all said and done I was so excited I had to give Kim a hug for the peace of mind they were able to give us! My husband and I are both in emergency medicine and know all too well the realities of life. Do NOT hesitate if you are on the fence about a safety pool fence. It looks great and its priceless in what it can do for your family. Estimates from Kim on the phone were SPOT ON. I've never had nor wanted a pool fence, but we have a very curious and active daughter who LOVES the water, so we had to get one.  I called 5 companies to get estimates, and Kim was the only one who gave me thorough information on the product and how it works.  She answered every question I had and even answered questions I didn't know I should ask!  They were able to get me on the schedule quickly and showed up on time.  I offered for them to come through the house but Frank said he doesn't like drudging dirt into homes (courteous).  Frank did a fantastic job installing the fence (part of it had to be custom-made), was efficient, and didn't leave a mess!  This fence has been fantastic when the weather is nice enough to keep the back door open.  My daughter can now enjoy being outside while we have peace-of-mind knowing that she will not find her way into the pool!  It also helps to keep raccoons away!  I'm very satisfied with how they operate before, during, and after the install.  Thank you!

My husband and I had a pool fence installed last year. We are very pleased with the fence. We had to call them back this year because of a pole that needed to be repaired (our fault not the product). Not only did they come out in less than 24hrs but it was no charge!! Thank you Frank and Kim!

Outstanding service!  Quick response!  Our Life Saver Pool Fence was installed the following work day of my initial request!  (even came out on the weekend to give us the estimate).  They said they would be at our home at 7:30 a.m. to install the fence -- they were ON TIME!  Reasonable cost.  Reliable company.  Fence looks great!  Kim and Frank were both very professional.  Highly Recommend!

We had this company install a pool fence in our home. They did a wonderful job. They are very responsive and very customer need oriented. The price was very reasonable as well. I was a little reluctant to call them at first as there are not many reviews online for them but I am glad I did.
